Simple. What internet Browser do you use.
I use Firefox as my default, adn Opera and Mozilla someother times.December 23, 2004 at 7:25 pm #109633DrBroccoliParticipantfor internet explorer you should have before XP and after XP with SP2 becuase I personally find internet explorer with XPsp2 much much much better than before. I absolutley hated it back in 98 days
December 23, 2004 at 7:31 pm #109629colinMemberI use IE and Firefox. I probably use Firefox more though.
December 23, 2004 at 8:22 pm #109632camsterMemberI switched to firefox, even after swearing to IE. But, every once and a while, I have to open up IE. One thing I hate about Firefox is if you put in a “url” to something on your computer, or put in “My Computer”. I wish it would redirect you to my computer, or if it came with a file-viewing system thing like IE.
December 23, 2004 at 8:41 pm #109626DaJMan1800MemberI used to use IE, but I couldn’t get rid of ErrorPlace, and in desperation, I switched to firefox.
December 23, 2004 at 8:51 pm #109628ScarMemberInternet Explorer and Netscape.
But I voted for IE because I use it more.

June 9, 2005 at 6:42 am #109638Eagle_KiwiMemberI’ve used SlimBrowser for some years – having tried/disliked Avant, Neoplanet, MYIE, Opera, IE, Netscape etc.
When Firefox came out I was PREPARED to switch, so tried it for a few days, but then chose to settle back to Slim.
Of course they ALL have little points I like, AND others I dislike too.Perhaps my main “likes” about Slim are:
- Ability to really pack NEEDED stuff into top line or two (it is just like I.E. here – but I think ALL the others seem to force wasted real estate).
- Use of centre mouse button for “Open in New Tab”.
- Auto-Login, where I can preload my answers to a form, then access it with one click (excellent for ID/password commonly used sites).
- Recently Closed Sites – self-explanatory, but perhaps easier than many normal “History” displays.

June 1, 2007 at 2:38 am #109624detn8rParticipantWas Maxthon even around back in 2004 when the poll was made?
June 1, 2007 at 8:17 pm #109637BShink21MemberI use IE7 all the time. I find it faster than firefox.
June 2, 2007 at 12:22 am #109634MrEggsaladParticipantNow I use Opera as my main, then Firefox and Safari as secondary.
