i usually text message my friends and wake them up and talk to them..sometimes i go on the computer but i fal asleep and my friends get mad if im not talking cuz i fell asleep on the keyboard
Usually when I can’t sleep, it’s either get on the computer and chat on Yahoo all nigth or read a good book. I love reading and most of the time it helps me a lot. But, for those times when none of those 2 help I have to resort to sleeping aids like Vistaryl or Prosom.

When I can’t sleep? Heheheh, you mean just like every night? Well usually I end up staying up and watching my roomate paint (He’s really insanely good, has 5 paintings on the strip in vegas and a couple more somewhere on the east coast) or play StarOcean, San Andreas, FF Tactics…something. If not I’m channel surfing or watching movies until around 5. If I’m not tired by 5 I go up to my room to let my roomate sleep (He likes the couch) and sit upstairs reading or writing or drawing or other…assorted activities with my bedmate *cough* That usually gets me to go to sleep after an hour or two. So I get to bed about 7 at the latest every day.
Ugh, Raf, I tried those things once! But for some reason I have no tollerance for medicine. I mean, I hve to take half an asprine and I still get woozy like I took too much. I took one sleeping aid one night (you’re supposed to take two), fell asleep for an hour and then woke up in a panic attack, adrenaline was going nutes, heart beating, sweating, basically in hysterics unable to calm down, which is what happens if you take too much. Funny how you’d get an opposite reaction with an od, eh? Never again, I tell you, took about a half hour to get calmed down again.

If I can’t sleep I usually go on the computer and come here and just help some people out.. It’s nice to come here when you’re bored and help people out 😀 .
I play myself a lullabye on my guitar. I wish this girl that sat behind me in one of my college courses would live with me when I can’t sleep. She always played with my hair and that automatically made me sleepy. She had fingers of a Goddess! Unfortunately I had to tell her to stop because I needed to pass the class. *sigh*

LOL That’s odd. I was about to edit my post saying “Anybody interested in playing with my hair send me your resume”.
