For me, it’s swimming or walking (if it’s too rainy for a swim). I’ve always loved the feel of water on my skin.
P/S Surfing (the internet) doesn’t count :p Well, except for Doris.
Now, now, Philip! Surfing the net should[/] count as exercise. There are muscles in the eyes, challenged by the ever changing graphics on the screen. The fingers get quite a good workout when you’re sending numerous IM’s. And how bout the heart rate raising beneficial effect of a great game you’re trying to win! For the lazy like me, carrying my laptop from room to room is as good as a quick workout with a light set of dumbells (…sort of…)
Ok, ok, not a substitute for real exercise I know…but hey, for those of us who don’t exericise, we gotta look for the little stuff LOL!

I like running/jogging and Swimming.
I run cross country (long distance) running in the Fall and swim as often as I can in the summer.
They both really clear my mind and I find them very enjoyable.
😀 Dance, dance, dance! Enjoyed Jazzercise when it first came out, now do a variety of tapes at home since I’ve got limited time, and they have a variety of dance/exercise moves and such. They also incorporate hand weights for extra resistance which makes it harder, but much more of a workout. And you can really feel the muscles working then.
No wonder you have such a great bod, PB.

Love swimming personally, should go more often!
Work have just paid for a free membership at a local gym. Should be fun.
