I don’t know what has happened to the Arcade awards for Feb-March.
Has it been cancelled due to all the uproar caused by the changes in the rules or has it just been postponed?

leapy think the uproar caused might have slowed it down a little but am sure it will be posted soon. it took awhile last month to if you remember
Perhaps furore would have been a more apt word than uproar.
Anyway, thanx den, yes I do remember, but I was hoping that things might get back on track this month.
It is now April 2nd and still there’s no top arcader announcement for Feb-March, just a big announcement about a change in the rules then…nothing.
was wandering myself what happened to the arcade scores. Evan if IM disqualified until get the 40 posts no one said anything about being disqualified for last months arcade scores right? or is there new rules for that to? just wandering is all not trying to bring back any problems
I could be wrong as I really don’t have a clue but maybe the staff are just busy at the moment with other things and forgot this month or something. Like I say really not sure….. I am sure they will fill you in soon!
you may be right. it is the first of the month and everybody is busy doing all kinds of stuff. i know i forget things all the time but i blame that on too many kids! LOL
I know this is probably a radical suggestion but if the staff are that busy couldn’t one of us who have more time on our hands be allowed to add the titles up and post them? It’s not that difficult to do.
that would be a good idea for some, but for myself, i`m just a gamer. but i would like to see the titles posted before the end of the next gaming period again.
Since you obviously are not going to be awarded your title for reasons I had better not conjecture about I feel I may as well announce that I happened to count up the scores before the arcade was reset and I know that den won feb-march with 13 titles.
I know because I was second with 3 titles.
However, apart from Sarahtowney winning Ron North’s Jewels I don’t remember any other title winners and I don’t have access to the scores.
Next time I will make a note of all of them so nobody misses out if that is okay with everybody.
thanks for the scores leapy! didnt keep notes of them myself either. atleast someone is keeping track; and its ok with me if you take notes on the scores.
by the way, congrates on your titles you won! even though i`m disqualified, i am going to make you work a little for them this month too!! lol
den, I’m not even sure that you are disqualified!
If you are disqulalified but the disqualifier doesn’t recognise the competition anymore and the partucipants have to announce the winner amongst themselves then surely those participants don’t have to recognise the rules of the disqualifier?
Oh and thanx for the competition on Crazy Sleigh. It’ll take me awhile to beat that one!

Alright guys, yes the awarding has gotten a bit slow and non-existant at the moment but simply because we are in the process of changing who will take over that role. Sarah is right on people being busy because we all have to deal with real life issues which keep us quite busy.
I do apologize for the late response, but i just ask that you be patient while we decide the new changes we want to take effect and who will be running this role. Thanks in advance for your patience. 🙂
