Just curious why you wanna need it. Well they already removed it from the site. But if you want to have the old settings back with the new look you might want to look up vb_packets DLL (yahoo updater). The tool options will be like that of ver. 5.6 but plus the new stuff of ver. 6.

Hi … Because the new version doesn’t work on my computer I am getting error when I try using it … So now that I deleted yahoo messenger 6.0 off my system I need to go back to what was working 5.6 > 1358

Get it direct here: http://download.yahoo.com/dl/installs/ymsgr/ymsgr_1358.exe

Do ensure you backup any emotes/smileys/archives you may have changed and uninstall 6.0 first.
