Yahoo Buddy Spy and Trillian

Im a big fan of spy buddy but I wondered does it also work if people use yahoo via trillion?

Well i’m not an expert but it should work as trillian(as i hope that trillion is just a misspell) connects to yahoo servers.It doesnt have its own servers so if you’re signed in,on yahoo or trillian,buddy spy would show you as online.
Waiting for an experts opinion now 😀
