Our friends over at Meebo alerted us to this post about a two-week instant messaging usability study that Yahoo is conducting. According to the post, Yahoo has a survey if you’re interested in participating.
If you’re selected, you’ll be keeping a little journal of your IM use over two weeks, for which you will be rewarded with $150. Not too shabby.
Note that you don’t need to use Yahoo Messenger to be involved in the study. In fact, it seems like they’re looking for Meebo users.
Take the survey and let us know if you get in!
Sorry, but this survey has been closed. Thank you very much for your interest in participating.
(That’s what I get at “Take the Survey” link.)
Shame….. sounds like coulda been fun. 🙁
The survey worked for me. I guess maybe posting it on the front page was overdoing it. 😉
I ran across some interesting speculation on Yahoo possibly buying Meebo?
It makes sense, given Yahoo’s recent history of aquisitions.
