I’m using Yahoo Messenger 7 US version on a Win2K PC
When I go into a chatroom the Voice Chat for the room is enabled.
I can switch it off.
When I change rooms, it comes back on.Is there any way i can get it to remember if I want chat to be on or off ?

as far as i know, there is no option in ymessenger to permanently disable voice chat in the chatrooms. There is a way to disable it though by changing the registry. I’m not sure if you feel comfy with that, but if you do, try the following:
start -> run -> regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareYahooPagerProfilesYour UserNameChat
