in my messenger i have the call option but it is appear to be inactive so i can’t make call

I noticed that when I got 9.0, call history that I never knew existed appeared in 9.0 that did not appear in 8.1. I deleted all call history in 8.1 in 2007, but in 9.0, I see missed calls that never showed up before from all the way back in 2007.
Another thing I notice is that 9.0 seems to have no option for deleting call history. Strange. No delete button as far as I know, but I could look harder.
Edit: I found this: Yahoo7 Messenger 9 how to delete call history? – Yahoo! Answers. It seems there is no option. No big deal though.
I also found that out in Yahoo Answers. Of course, I’m sure the voice mails are stored on their servers since no matter what computer you go to and use Yahoo on, they are there in your account. That would make it impossible to delete the call log and voice mails manually by deleting the files themselves in a folder since it is not even stored on your computer. I don’t have any problem, but what about those who get voice mails often and reach the 20 voice mail limit and can’t choose which ones to delete?
