Memberi can’t fathom this one out…
as some of you may remember, I complained for quite some time about the waiting for my 250mb upgrade. well i’d had it a whole 2 days when I decided to close down my MSN Mobile account – because it served no purpose. only when I went back into my inbox I had been DOWNGRADED from 250 to 25… why?
i re-signed up with Mobile, and before you know it I’m abck to 250 – only the page looks a little messy and ads are out of place. I tried closing the mobile account down again but once mroe it set me to 25mb and now it will not send me a confirmation code for me to re-activate it. what do you think has gone wrong? I experimented by donig the same with one of my old accounts and nothing happened – no downgrades at all. I always seem to have trouble with my main account and it’s getting annoying now, any help would be most appreciatedDecember 8, 2004 at 12:35 am #107955colin

Memberi sent it to the main hotmail support and am hoping for a reply soon.
maybe deleting mobile has made hotmail think my account is new, maybe I will have to wait a further 30 days, but if theres nothing in terms of re-upgrade after than then i’ll get madDecember 10, 2004 at 4:52 pm #107954Scar

Memberwaiting for a respose isn’t the issue for me; it’s the lack of 90% of my email space that’s the problem
