i upgraded ny Zone Alarm Pro Firewall & Antivirus and now Buddy Spy doesnt work. It start to scan but never return a result and i have to close it for stopping.
Anyone has the same problem?
Firstly are you sure you logged in a yahoo ID and password on buddy spy before you start to scan?
Since you updated your firewall the rules for your firewall may have changed.So I would suggest you have a look at your firewall/program control settings and make sure buddyspy has access to the internet.
