Thanks Kudo. I checked my firewall settings and my XP firewall is turned off. I added Trillian to the exception list but this did not solve the problem. I believe we have another firewall (besides XP) installed. Any way to get around that? or am I just stuck 🙁

Hello,

For a couple of day I have been having problems connecting to Trillian. I installed Trillian about a month ago and everything worked fine but now I think my firewall at work is blocking the connection to AIM and MSN. I can not even get to the ceruleanstudios website to see if there is an update available or advice on how to connect through a firewall. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried deleting my accounts and adding them again but still no connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
