I’ll switch from Gaim once GTalk supports:

1. Chat across networks
2. Logging (To GMail Account would be nice)

These features would make it even better:

1. The ‘Tell Me Again’ feature that was in the GMail Notifier
2. Conference Calls
3. Support for leaving a message through calling or messaging.
