If your contacts are using web based Yahoo Messenger, a multi-client messenger or possibly and older version of Yahoo Messenger not all of the options will show available for every contact.
If you can find a contact you know is using the latest version, see if the options are then available.
I guess that is one of the possibility…:)

MemberHello All and Thirtha Sarkar…
I could not find the proper solution for this anywhere in the net, bigblueball and also in yahoo answers…
But I have resolved this issue myself….:)
Here is the steps to overcome this issue…
- Delete Yahoo folder from C:Program Files or D:Program Files
- And uninstall Yahoo by going to Control Panel–> Add and Remove Programs (in XP), Control PanelPrograms and Features (in Vista)
- Go to regedit. (open “run” command (Win+r and type regedit and enter)
- And follow the path- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREYahoo
- Delete the ‘Yahoo” registry entry on the left pane (i.e. the Yahoo folder)
- Do the same by going to all the windows user accounts..
- And install any version/latest Yahoo Messenger…
This should resolve “Cannot load Resource Dll” issue..
Please provide your feedback…once it is resolved…
Thank you
