c thats the time im not even sure if everything got uninstalled cuz like when i reinstalled it again i had my screen name already on the screen…….

just remember nvr to get aim 5.9 first and then go bak to aim 5.5 and have middle man……thats the only thing i did 🙁

NOOOOO its just not a good day……

it goes all the way bak to the beginning it gives me the same thing under “uninstll” saying that “This program has performed an illegal operation ans will shut down”

no good i just hate AIM now

the file did get finished and i am able to get into aim

well…….

i did dl a new file from aim.com and as the files were downloading it stoped at “imagehlp.dll”

it also gave me a pop up in the name of “Glj252” saying that “This program has performed an illegal operation ans will shut down”

“Caused by invail page fault in module at 0000:7c359677”

this is the same thing that happened to me b4 ahhhh…..ill try to uninstall now

ok well i did a find file search for aim and found some file n just deleted

did a search with ccleaner found some aim files n deleted that

and now lets just c if i can dl aim and uninstall

hey good news
i beleive i uninstalled Aim……..not too sure i have to restart and see but i still do have the Aim icon on my desktop so im gonna restart and will be bak

tell u the truth this program is not really good… it couldnt uninstall my Aim toolbar but the other program is downloading……

well i tried to uninstall with the program but no good either
should i do a force remove???

ok i scaned it with tweak but no help with the either……..i didnt have any major problems i had like 5 unknow problems and it had no Aim file traces so i just left it as it is. im downloading the program advance uninstaller now and yea i did try those in the aim folder……i went throught this in my other post too give it a quick glance plzz https://bigblueball.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29276 well hopefully ur still on.

well i did put it in my aim folder and it doesnt help a bit……im able to log as but not able to uninstall it

I beleive the file problem got solved when i reinstalled aim but i just need to knw any other ways than add/remove prog to get rid of a program.
