it might be possible. if someone wanted to take the time to write some sort of crossover software that would connect to aim, and then when someone IMd you it would simply email you (with virigin mobile yournumber@virginmobileusa.com or something like that I think) then when you replied it would send it back to the program(probably via a proprietary pop3 integrated server or such)and then the program would IM that person. granted your txt message rates will still apply, but it would work. all you would need would be a pc running all the time on a broadband connection. anyone interested in maybe getting a project together. I’ve been reading these forums for awhile. I have one of the audiovox 8610’s from virgin mobile. so been checking out some things. everyone always seems to whine about wireless web or aim forwarding. what do you say we actually try and do something about it?
