I do recall such a program that works but its from a rather sketchy site. I have just downloaded it and it appears not to work with the latest AIM. Do you have AIM 4.8 or so? I do know it works with earlier versions of AIM cause its something I used to have a while back.

Welll there is not any way to make someone unblock you. However you can always sign up for more screen names and keep trying. I’m very sorry this happened to you.
