I wish it did help. I tried your suggestion . I used aim+ and aim I added my daughters id to my aim through aim+ but before I did I set both of our messengers to Allow only users on my list to contact me. Well I was able to add her and it never notified me. I was also able to see when she signed on as well.
Would anyone else know of a program or of something on AIM that will not let people add me without my consent FIRST?
