I’ll be off and on YH much of the weekend, if you’d like we can try and troubleshoot it. I’m on Vista, and have another contact who will be on in the evenings (eastern standard time) who also uses Vista, and is great at troubleshooting voice issues (especially if it means he gets the chance to speak with someone new using a mic!)
