broku – I would recomend that your step-mother change her password and secret question in her Hotmail account options. Her personal info is available in the hotmail account options, to anyone who has access to her account. That is how they were able to post her address and phone number. Someone has aparently gained knowledge of her password. Maybe have a read through our 5 Steps To Internet Security article.
