I personally don’t care for food, especially steak (yuck!)… and I definitely don’t care for the latter part of the day.
Whomever thought that day up, needs to be dragged out into the street and shot… if he hasn’t already. 🙂

This is just another opportunity to serve up a favorite dish. I love, love, love cooking steak! It’s an absolute joy to marinate, prepare and grill to perfection, and seeing the look on his face at that first bite, can’t think of anything better.
I’d say more, but my son is on this site, and . . . well . . . enough said :p
