Hi, it seems I have two versions of MSN running
simutaniously. and old one, and the latest. The problem
is, the older version signs in automatically, is not in
the taskbar or tray, and I cant uninstall it as it is not
in add remove programs. I also here the sounds from
receiving a message, but cant reply to them as the
message window does not show in the taskbar.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get rid of
it.
are you referring to Windows Messenger Service?
can you give more info. Like your Operating System, and give the version’s of your messenger’s if you can.
sorry,
I am reffering to MSN messenger. I am running XP and I have the latest version of MSN. When I sign into the latest version, I get a little message window saying something along the lines of “.Net messenger signing off as your account is signing in somewhere else”
Hope that helps
give this a shot
