ParticipantYou’ve tried http://360.yahoo.com/(insertyahooidhere) without the paranthesis of course? π And on your 360, on settings did you check the box to activate your link? Also have you tried pretending you are creating a new one by starting out here?
Hope this helps! Please let us know.

MemberWelcome to the BigBlueBall, Hottie. π
I see you’ve shown your Yahoo ID here, so the exact link for your page should be http://360.yahoo.com/avonhottie2003
Indeed at present this does not work, which is to be expected unless/until you go to your 360, Settings, then “Activate my Simple URL”, then Save.
This will (er.. should?! π ) make that URL work. But then you can go further too, in that settings page: If your Identity Display is at the FIRST option, then anyone clicking on your Yahoo Profile will get the standard (old!) Profile – but – IF you change the identity to 2nd or 3rd option (and “Save” it) THEN people clicking your Yahoo Profile will instead go straight to your 360 page.
As HatedJ says, do let’s know if this sorts your problem out.
And I hope you continue to enjoy the BBB community here. πJuly 20, 2006 at 12:17 am #148369cocoeyes4u
MemberI have been doing all the things I should be doing to get my yahoo ID to show the OLD profile and to no avail it doesnt work.I dont see why they just cant let people opt to get rid of the whole 360 profile .The old profile was up there about a month ago. I have put everything to private, took all pics down, contacts, etc…checked the boxes I should and nothing.. π‘

MemberHi, Cocoeyes.
Sounds pretty weird to me. π
Sure I see that http://profiles.yahoo.com/cocoeyes4u takes me to your 360, so I must assume the 3 “Identity Display” options don’t work – but I’m surprised I can even see that page (I even successfully posted a Comment!) if you’ve set it ALL to Private. What do you see if you go there to “My Page” and choose “Preview as seen by….” PUBLIC ? (In theory, if it IS all set to Private, you should see nothing).

When i look at the page as the public would see it, its there but no pics or anything, which I took all out. I dont know what the heck the deal is with this. They wont even answer my emails for the problem π And even though I have the comments as private, it still shows it on the page π

Keymasteri have the same problem. When i go to my 360 page it said the page cant be displayed.
Sorry, the page you requested was not found.
Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you’re having trouble locating a destination on Yahoo!, try visiting the Yahoo! home page or look through a list of Yahoo!’s online services. Also, you may find what you’re looking for if you try searching below.I cant even get into the settings to change it because i get the same error page all the time. Ive even tried going on the alias names i have and still it redirects me to that page. I did contact Yahoo about it and they had a cheek tosend me a Questionaire. Obviously i did not say the service i recieved was good.
