ok, just got this version and theres 2 things driving me crazy, the first is. In the little space between the icon area and the box where you type (the little grey space where theres nothing), when people send me a message it changes color sometimes, sometimes the whole part goes lime green sometimes black sometimes yellow. I have no idea what it stands for…anyone know?

The other thing is, I want to have a sound when people FIRST send me a message but not any sounds for when they send any successive messages, however if I enable the first, I have to also pick a sound for the second (there is no none option)…any workaround for this?

Thanks.

I’m not sure if this will work for 5.5, but I have 5.2 and if you go to the AIM directory, you will see the sounds, and if you delete one of them it stops. Hope it helps.
