Hello,

I’ve came to you guys for help. I currently run a webhosting business (http://liquidbluex.net). Because we are growing we now offer AIM support, as well as MSN. Now, we had a client that was of a young age and thinks it’s funny to kick our screen offline using Flood Assualt and Aim Remix. We handle alot of our support through AIM and we need to have it on 24/7. He has TONS of screen names so I just can’t block them. Is there any program out there that will stop punters?

Thanks,
Jordan

But there is a program to block punts, its called “AIM Expansion CE” and can be found on xeons.net under programs.

You can also give Trillian a shot, I’ve never been kicked when using Trillian.
