We were recently running Adcycle – ad management software powered by mySQL which was suppose to be completely free since the service stopped, but the script has seemed to stop working and there is no support for it… Ad Cycle was great, it was like google adwords, you could pick the time the ad display, how much the ad would be shown, impressions on the ads, etc.
We have a huge client database, and a lot of clients want their sponsors on the site. Does anyone know of an ad script that is really, really extensive/good that we could use for our sites? I looked for hours for one, and found AdCycle, and don’t know where another good one would be.
Any help is appreciated it,
thanks.
EricThe very best is OpenAds. It’s has excellent features, it’s free, and it’s very powerful and scalable. It can be a little complicated to install and setup initially, but once you get the basic concepts down, it’s completely worth the effort.
