Add request pending

OK so I received an add request pending from some one and by mistake I don’t know what I selected so he gone in my ignore list.I thought if i remove him from ignore list it will appear in my messenger list but it dissapeared.How can I recover that ID again?

You can’t, more then likely they refused the ADD and was removed from your list.

You would need to ask them to accept again and since you don’t know the ID that’s not gonna happen.
