I have a business / fan page for facebook and can no longer edit, add, or delete anything from it. my intern, who i made an additional admin, CAN edit, add, or delete to our page and even see me as an admin / creator.
has this happened before? should we just try and start over?
any help would be appreciated! thanks
Since you have two admins, have one of them remove admin rights from the account that isn’t working. Login to verify that, then have them add the admin rights back again. It may just need to be “reset.”
The only problem might come if you were the one who originally setup the page, since you cannot remove admin rights from the page creator, nor can you transfer “creatorship” to another person.
As long as you don’t have a lot of fans yet or a personalized “friendly” URL for your Fan page, I wouldn’t spend a lot of time debugging this. Just delete it and start over.
