Recently, our Admin disabled the “Advance” settings button of the TCP/IP Properties. It’s greyed-out, so I can’t access the “Advance” settings. Could someone please tell me how to enable the “advance” settings button? Maybe through some tweaks on the registry or by using command prompt?
I have Administrator rights in my PC, and using Windows 2000. Any help would be great! 😀
Start > Run > Type “gpedit.msc”
Navigate here:
Disable the Prohibit TCP/IP advanced configuration policy.
Thanks Spike!
And sorry if I posted on the wrong place, I was in a hurry yesterday.. 😉
It’s okay, it’s all straightened out. Glad it worked for you. 🙂
