Alright some of you know of my many run-ins with Cchris78 and some of you have had run-ins with him too. At first i did let a lot of things slide but he just keeps taking it to another level. (That i find myself being mean to him on the forums in public because he just doesn’t listen.)
It’s kinda creepy because he does take it a bit to a stalker level especially when i always notice this:
He does always PM me the moment i log onto messenger, although i do NOT have him as a friend on my list. I also do get endless PM’s from him or requests for the forum. He has asked me to get on cam several times for him and offered to get on cam for me several times, which i denied each time. He created a myspace account one day and tried to add me as a friend, his reason he gave was to be able to see all my pictures since my profile was set to private unless you were my friend.
He abuses the Report Post button so badly, instead of reporting a real bad spam post or something, he reports posts he wants me to update or change.
He is a premier member, but i don’t think that makes any of this more or less right. I would hate to see him banned, because he -sometimes- does contribute in a good way, such as being the first to know when a new version of Yahoo! is released, but i don’t know what to do anymore. Especially now that some girl registered here on the forum and keeps sending me PM’s, which are the following:

I have not responded to any of this person’s PM’s, but all the passwords she gave actually do work, and yes i know because i got curious and checked.And i can mention a ton of other incidents or things, but i’ve given a good outline of the things that come to mind right now…..
So now to my question, what the heck am i to do? Especially since i’m really losing my patience with him, and don’t really feel like being mean.
I don’t know much about your and others’ history with him even though I skimmed through some of his posts trying to update myself.
Constantly bugging you through IM/PM needs to be dealt with, and if restrictions on PMing you can be put into place, I think that should be applied soon. Before taking that step, I think a well-crafted “final notice” should be sent requesting that he tone things down, and warn of the repercussions. As much as I’d want to incorporate his contacting you outside of BBB, I don’t think it should be a part of the notice sent. I think it would be best to separate the two and contact him outside of BBB about the outside IMing–I think that would be the most professional thing to do, but we will definitely stand by you and help in the outside situation.
And for the report post use, that sounds like abuse for every little update desired. A few times a month for updating important posts seems within reason, but not if it’s demanding and without any grace period; it’s not appropriate for someone to create a thread and post “help!” or “anyone listening?” without a grace period for an initial response is overly demanding.
As far as the post reoprting abuse, I felt the need to handle that situation. I sent him an infraction (NOT a warning) (I just picked a random post), along with this message:

Alsol, if there’s anything else you need my help in addressing as far as this user is concerned, please let me know. I know this is uncomfortable for you, and that’s the last thing I think any Staffer here wants. We’re like one big group here… mess with one of us, and you mess with all of us! 😀
I am also going to send him a notice via PM about his signature rule violation. I was to yesterday when it was brought to my attention he had a WackyB banner in his signature. Now he is using stickercam.com. Geez!
Hey Nessa – another thing that came to mind was that this might actually be him trying to *get in* another way . . . I mean, how weird is it that someone would notice that her ex was a member here? Maybe in my naiive and limited experience with this medium I’m wrong, but I get one of those uh oh feelings about this.
I’m happy to see the admins doing something official about this, and hopefully it will tone him down. But in the meantime . . . well, you know . . . ignore him .. . I wouldn’t even respond or open pms or anything. Response, even negative stuff will feed this nutcase, so hard though it is . . . don’t say a word to him.

I do agree with Heather that there is a possibility that Princess Heather and Chris could be the same person, sounds like a hacker trying to get in? And yes, just stay out of his sight, don’t respond to any PMs, emails, whatever that he sends your way.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Princess Heather and Chris were the same person, BUT… in case they are not, I would send him a PM explaining that someone claiming to be his ex-girlfriend (don’t mention the member name) had passed his passwords on in a PM, and recommending that for his own safety he change his passwords.
I wouldn’t mention that you tested them.

Edit: I just finished PMming him telling him someone is claiming to be his ex-girlfriend and handing out his passwords, so i recommended he should change his passwords. (as Jeff suggested) And i didn’t mention member name nor anything else.

If you notice the spelling structure, I believe it’s Chris. And tbh, how does she KNOW he JUST left for work? Please do not insult our intelligence, Chris. I want this SOB banned.

Nessa: If he continues to assult you in private, threaten to report him to your authorities and his ISP. His IP address is 151.199.27.68, and his hostname is pool-151-199-27-68.bos.east.verizon.net (East Boston I think, using Verizon) which Verizon can trace back to his account at time of use.

If he continues to bother you on Yahoo! Messenger, inform me and I’ll take a discrete action which should prevent him from doing so (not saying what it is, of course). 🙂
And I’ll report him to his ISP too, since I have some experience in getting a malicious user’s ISP to drop them.
Also, I believe he uses Buddy Spy on some users. I’ll try to ask around to see if a preventative measure against it is possible. 🙂
Oh yes, I should mention this too…
He recently (a couple weeks ago) joined the YTK forums, and was posting topics about wanting Adam to help him convince Yahoo to fix the ‘Cannot ignore yourself’ error, even after he was repeatedly told that YTK fixes this issue and not to post anymore topics about it, which he did anyways…
He even went as far as to say he would buy 2 copies of YTK Pro as a ‘donation’ for getting it fixed (which of course was frowned upon).
Nonetheless, he was banned within an hour. He really creeps me out. Let’s hope he doesn’t use proxies and create a new forum name to hound BBB some more.

See that’s the thing….. When i had logged on, he only had three friends (including you), then when i logged onto his “buddyspy account” he had none, which gave me a hint that he was the one behind the password thing. (I started thinking that maybe it was his way of -trying- to show me he wasn’t stalking me or anything, by deleting all names before he gave me passwords so i wouldn’t find anything, because he really would PM me the moment i came on-line to Yahoo! on INVISIBLE.) Personally i just think he was an annoyance, like a itch i couldn’t scratch.
He once pmed me to sort out some post he made because he had to leave.
I told him i was busy, had to wash my hair..he never pmed me again.
