AIM 5.9 disabled MSN 6.2

I attempted to upgrade my AIM to the new 5.9, and it didn’t completely install, so I can’t uninstall it. (long story, see AIM forum). Anyway, it appears to have disabled my perfectly running MSN Messenger 6.2. Now it stops running before the login process is complete. Any suggestions? I have tried uninstalling, exiting, logging off and reinstalling everything multiple times.

Problem solved – well, not the AIM problem but I can use MSN Messenger again! See “Solution: MSN Messenger through a firewall ” THANKS!!
