You might try upgrading to IE8. I know that AIM uses some Internet Explorer resources for some of its display. Also, if you have any addons installed (like AIM+ or AIM AdHack), you might try removing those.
Let us know if either of these work for you.

For good measure I’d suggest a supplimentary scan with Malwarebytes. During the last step of install, make sure you check the boxes to update and launch MBAM. Then run a Quick Scan and fix anything it finds.
When AIM crashes do you get any error message at all? If so, can you please tell us what it says?

When Aim crashing that time not showing any error, its crashing silent mode. Not even showing logs also. Let me try to install Malwarebytes.I can’t upgrade IE8 because that user working on Testing Deportment. He should be required IE 7. I did’nt installed any add-on.

When did this problem start? Did it correspond to an update of AIM or anything else on your system that you can think of?
When it crashes silently, will it open right back up or is there a process left open that you have to kill before you can restart it?
Does it crash at regular intervals or are they random times?
July 17, 2009 at 3:58 pm #175295imported_Ven0mMemberI’d seriously get rid of Endpoint (or anything by Symantec for that matter), and do a clean install of AIM.
Any details about the crash itself?

You can try AIMFIX from here, it fixes a bunch of things!!!

Thanks for helping me to resolve this issues.I uninstalled
“View Point Media Player & Adobe flash player” now its working fine.. once again thanks to all.July 24, 2009 at 11:04 am #175299Doris KenneyParticipantGlad to hear things are working again!
If you are using the AOL desktop software, you may find Viewpoint recreates itself. If so, please post back and I’ll give you some steps to try to stop it from happening. If you are not currently using the AOL desktop software you should not have the problem.
Having Adobe Flash may be necessary for you to view some webpages correctly. If you need to reinstall it, please do so from the Adobe site and be sure to keep it up to date to reduce the risk of infection from exploits.
Thanks for letting us know you resolved it!
