does anyone know a website or download that i can get to create my own aim add on? i want to create on and release it into the public, does anyone know how to start it? or download a program that will let me download the things i need to create on?
No offense dude but if you had to ask that question I’m not sure you should be making a new addon. To make an AIM add-on you have to be able to know how to code, and to answer your question, No.

Why not just check the version of AIM.exe that exists?

http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/ – you need to learn to code along with all the functions of dll files in aim.
