Hi, this site is great.. I have a question on aim..When I treid to sign ontoi my screen name is wouldnt sign on.. it says on top…. AOl Instant messenger error.. Sign on Blocked.. Click more info for details… I did nothing wrong , i would like to have my old scree name back and log into my email to see if I have any important messages, Can you help? thanks Greg
Hi Greg, and welcome to the Big Blue Ball! We are so happy to have new members here and I think you’ll find a number of folks to answer your question. However, I’m not one of them 🙁 Two places/ways to find the answer are: Go directly to the AIM Support forum and ask your question there. OR you can do a search using key words to see if this question has been asked (and answered) before. The search that I use is on the second blue bar down from the logo, towards the right side.
