I noticed this awhile ago but wanted to see if anyone else did… My AIM profile can be much bigger now… I have tons of diff. fonts and colors and font sizes and it’s not telling me that I’ve expanded the profile limit, whereas before the profile I had was already almost pushing the limit. Now I’ve been adding things and it’s yet to tell me I’ve gone past the limit…. Anyone else notice this?
I just tried it and the results that I got was that, the create a profile view in AIM allows you to add more then 1024 characters, but when I viewed my profile it was truncated to 1024 characters.

Here’s a list of the expansions that I know of, and which versions of AIM they apply to from personal experiences as well as what I’ve read.
350 buddylist max: classic, triton
Larger profile size: classic, triton
Larger IM size: classic, triton
Larger away message size: tritonYou can keep up with the increases in profile size along with bl size, etc at my blog. Look for more increases in size of different features this year.
