Does AIM create log files like Yahoo Messenger does w/the Y Pager file?
If so, where is it stored?
Thanks!
Only if you have an add-on that supports it, check the “Important topics” for more information.
David, can you supply a link please?
Hey, I want to have the same thing as deanna7564, David.
Can you tell me which Add-on from the link you’ve given has the least number of extra features, because I don’t actually look for further options, only the capacity of logging IM conversations. Or which one fits best to my requirements?
Thanks 🙂
deadaim is the best when it comes to logging.

Just downloaded and tested it now.
I don’t know but it is apparently not working, I guess. Where should I snoop into so my AIM messenger v5.9.3690 along with DeadAIM 3.2.8 starts to logging some?
Somebody please provide me with some help.
Thanks. 🙂
Hey, it works now. 🙂
Been performing tests and experimentation, and finally happened to find the pills for my incessant headache. 😀
What I did was simply switch AIM version to old 5.2.3292 and it fully recognized the DeadAIM add-on.
that’s because DeadAIM 3.2.8 doesn’t work with the AIM 5.5 or 5.9 series…you need DeadAim 4.5 for that.
i really enjoy deadaim..it logs all of my convos, and if I don’twant anything saved I can just delete it.

Yeah, noticed. 🙂
Due to this fact, I wonder if Dead AIM 4.0 will work along with AIM v5.5 or 5.9?
