Hey everyone I hate to ask and not introduce myself since I am a newbie. I have a huge problem .I have a aol sn that I can not always sign under on aol program so I use aim with it. You can have 2 different passwords.Unfortunatly someone has my password on aim . I have been trying to change it ,but, when I use the edit option it will never come up. The person is using my name for porn links and Im getting very agrivated. I have tried redownloading aim . I have tried everything please help. thanks -WM3chick
That is wierd that it doesn’t let you change it through AIM.. you should just be able to press change password then enter your old password and new password…
You could try downloading and installing GAIM from: http://gaim.sourceforge.net/ And then sign into AIM with that and see if the Tools>Account Actions>Change password option works for you.
