I am unable to connect while Sygate Firewall Pro is on. I have allowed Aim access but still nothing. The same goes with aim on Trillian.
Do you realize that this is a question about Sygate Firewall Pro and not about AIM? Your best bet is probably to look for support from Sygate. On the other hand, you could always get another firewall that actually does it’s job.
Then again, someone here might know a more concrete solution for your problem.
The reason I ask is that Aim worked fine until about three days ago with Sygate on. I haven’t changed my computer in any way. I also use Norton Internet Security 2003 and don’t have any problems. I use Sygate because it is easy to enter bad ip’s (hundreds at a time). It’s a lot easier than Peer Guardian.
