Does anybody know if anyone has made a program that is AIM but also has support for MSN and YAHOO? Thanks.

http://gaim.sourceforge.net/ – GaimNo thats not what I mean. What I mean is the actual AIM program, but someone has taken it and added something so that you could chat on the MSN and YAHOO networks at the same time also.
He means an AIM addon like Deadaim except it gives you the ability to sign on MSN, Yahoo, etc. And no there aren’t currently any. You should consider going to http://www.team-fx.com/soft/ and contacting the web master. He has made many great programs.
Is it just the AIM ‘look’ you want? If so then you can get a Trillian skin that looks like AIM, otherwise follow SomeGuy’s suggestion.
