AIM vs Yahoo

Ok this question might be easy for you, but i’m not getting it. Why can I use AOL Express at work but can’t use Yahoo Web Messenger? Are they that much of a different program that the firewall or whatever I have is allowing AOL…but not Yahoo?

What do you mean you cannot “use Yahoo”? Does it give you an error? Does BigBrother link it out? Does the page not load?

I get the page up and put in my id and pass but it says disconnected on yahoo. no error at all. it’s like i’m not signing in. but i’m trying it’s just a dark smiley at the bottom
