The new aimutation is out. you can get it here http://www.aimutation.com/dload.php?action=file&file_id=230
(no instaler tho…)
Just to let you all now, the only change is 5.5 support and clonning fix. no new features have been added, until the release of 2.0, which is still in the works.
i also tried using it, and its really glitchy. for one, none of the skins are formated for 5.5, so a lot of the buttons are in the wrong place :(. I ended up downgrading aim back to 5.2 and using aimutation1.2
well im using it without skining im also using the latest otsego along with that on aim 5.5.3595 and I havent noticed any problems besides tabed windows is a bit glitchy other then that no problems at all.
Without skins, it works pretty well. Tabbed windows glitch up occasionally though, and a few of the other features don’t work either (Talk while away, RTL for example)
It didnt seem to work for me..but i’m not very good at going in files and saving stuff and changing it, I guess i’ll just wait until the installer gets out.
Moving on from Deadaim… I’m still trying to figure out which to use. Aimutation or Middle_Man with Smilez to enable tabbed windows. How about Ostego. Is there a chart comparison somewhere or reviews? I found an older chart comparing older versions of Aimutation, Middle_man and Deadaim.
Right now, they’re all basically the same, except:
M_M doesn’t have tabs (yet), but it has commands like otsego does, with remote control
Aimutation has Skinning (skins dont work w/ 5.5 yet because of the new layout)
Otsego is supposed to be the best, but it isn’t quite finished yet, so I’m not sure what features are working.
