Did you actually try to find the answer by yourself before you asked?

Like…
– Did you search the forum to see if the question had been asked before?
– Did you look at the AIM links on BigBlueBall to find more about the program?
– Did you try a search engine like Google.com to find your answer the first search result?
– Did you try visiting their website?

Now if you didn’t do any of these things, then let this be a lesson for you young man. 🙂
