AIMutation winamp

go to My AIM>AIMutation>Settings>Plug-Ins tab, first select ” Enable the use of Plug-In’s” then hit apply then select Buddy Amp from that list, and hit start and then hit apply, then once you do that to control your player, go to the thing on your buddy list that says plug-ins and select buddy amp, if you need more help look in the AIMutation help section, thats at My AIM>AIMutation>Help and selsect the plug-ins tab 😉 hopefully this helps you! 😀

You can use Winamp 5. I use it with BuddyAmp and it works perfectly fine.

Okay. Using Winamp5. AIMutation can find it and can change the song. It also puts the song ad thing in my profile. But noone can hear my songs. Is there something they have to have downloaded (AIMutation on their end too?) or am I doing something wrong? They all see the title in my profile but no music.

Wait… All BuddyAMP does is show people what I’m listening to? I thought it was a way to let other people hear what I’m listening to. That was the impression I got. I guess I misunderstood it.

Yup buddyAMP just displays it in your profile, if you want to allow others to listen as well, setup a shoutcast server from: Shoutcast.com
You can then put the link to that in your profile..and use buddyAMP to advertise the current song playing.
