In MSN Messenger 7.0, there is an option that says
“Allow others to see that I have a webcam”
The box is checked….now how are others supposed to see that I have a webcam? Nothing comes up near my name that says “View my cam” or something like that.
How are people to know? Visa-Versa…how do I know they have a webcam?
Bronxy, it’s not obvious, is it? 🙂
Nothing appears in the contact list, but when you are instant messaging session with someone, they will see a little tiny webcam icon appear in the chat window to indicate that you have a webcam. It doesn’t mean that your webcam is on, just that you have one (and have checked that box in your preferences).
Ohhh, heh
Alright, thanks!
