not as i know. conciderin that animated gifs are, well gifs, and you cant load a gif into it, im taking it as you cant.:(

Pagal – As of yet, MSN Messenger 6 does not accept custom animated emoticons.

Saiyaz – You can import Gif images into MSN Messenger 6 to be used as custom emoticons. Animated Gif images will only import the first frame of animation.

The animated official emoticons are png’s with different frames

A way to have custom emoticons that your contact can see without having the files you modified hasn’t been discovered yet.
