When I go to the inbox and go to manage folders to try to delete trash can. It gives and error: Stating an has occurred click here to resolve the issue. I click and get the same error. Same thing happens when I try with messenger to open inbox and try to empty trash can same error, but what’s odd. I sign on with my laptop I don’t have problem with emptying the trash can. Is anyone else having problem with this issue? Also the help pane on hotmail its in different languages.
I’m having the same trouble but only with IE. I logged into hotmail via Firefox and it emptied just fine.Also the help error the pop up box is in German for me when my settings are clearly all English. Anyone know where we can report this bug? I know I have no virus or spyware as I have scanned everything numerous times and even tried a hijack this log and all is clean as a whistle.
