Another ICQ SMS problem

After having the service provider changed from FarEasTone to SmartPhone, the UK’s SMS deliveries worked once more.

But after a few weeks, I’m not getting this message on all numbers for UK phone networks:

The SMS message to +44 (****) ****** could not be sent.
Sending a message to recipient’s cellular network is not available.

Is this a provider fault, or an ICQ allocation fault?

Guess you and I are in the same boat. I am unable to send SMS to Vietnam.
