OK, been a member for a while but never posted lol, sorry. But anyways, heres my problem. I recently updated my version 7 to 7.5 (didnt really want to, but my stealth settings wernt working anymore 😡 ) so anyways, my stealth is working now, but im very upset, none of my old programs/plugins are working!!!!!! for instance.. the Ymedia plugin for WMP, my elite status program, it wont register that im logged on so I cant use that. And my add remover, it works fine all but one problem, on my buddy list, it got rid of the add at the bottom, but the box the add was in is still there, just blank now.
also, another thing not to do with any programs just messenger, one the list right above the list and below the “messenger” “Address Book” tabs, theres a little sliver of space that is transparent??? wtf?? it looks like crap
Another thing with messenger, in chat.. whats with the rooms that are there but no one is in, and you cant enter?? theres a few in music and in some other places…
Im sorry, I know this is alot, anything anyone can tell me, or help me with, I would really appreciate, I dont mean to act like a baby about all of this, but it just really pisses me off. Ive looked for newer versions of ymedia and elite status, but have not had any luck, so any help at all with the above issues mentioned is appreciated..

Yes, some of the plug-ins indeed don’t work with the new version of Yahoo! The new version is a bit buggy, needs some work. You could go back to the old version of the messenger if you want the plug-ins to work. You can find the older versions here. (Be sure to uninstall the new version before installing the old one!)
Yea, about the chatrooms having no chatters in them… when you try to enter the room, you get a “create room” error. Well, I use version 7.0, maybe it says something else in the new version.
With the introduction of Yahoo! Messenger 8.0 and its plugin system
expect many plugins to be released.
