Campusfood.com ran a viral marketing promotion called “Food Frenzy” a few months back. I won’t get into specifics, but you would play a game of chance against 5 friends each day, but once you play someone, you have to wait a week to play them again. The incentive was to invite more and more people to play.
Unfortunately that type of promotion requires quite a bit of money to fund prizes…
