Hello all. This is only my second post but definately not my last. I am looking for an add on program to enhance instant messaging in AOL. I have found the IM Companion for free and also the Powertools addon but both seem conflict with other software I run. Does anyone know of any other programs that enhance AOL instant messaging?

I am interested in a program that will manage my IM’s in one single window that I can tab or toggle easily and reply with ease. Do you know of any such beast?

I dont know of anything like this for AIM, but Trillian does do that with containers.

You’re looking for A.I.M. Frame. It costs about $20, but it does a lot and there is a free 20-day trial you can download.

I will check out aim frame and that looks very close to what I am looking for. I do run aim but actually looking for a program for AOL proper that will do the same thing.

It is to my understanding that IM Companion is part of AOL 8.0, can someone confirm this for me?

I know a very good program for AIM that will tab your windows. It is called Dead AIM. Yiu will have Dead AIM options and then you can talk to people in a Tabed window. http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/downloadoftheday/story/0,24330,3396024,00.html

Hope that helps! Oh yeah and you can also Clone AIM which is where you can be on 2 different porgrams at once. And the add goes away! + more.

He means, instead of writing DeadAIM in one post and AIMutation in another. He said to use the edit button and put what u wanted to write in one post instead of writing one post after another. The edit button () is your friend.
